Responsibilities
The International Payroll Specialist – Africa Region will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing across multiple African countries, coordinating with in-country payroll vendors, reconciling and validating payroll data, managing client and internal queries, conducting root cause analysis, supporting process improvements, and serving as the Subject Matter Expert for payroll processes in the Africa region.
